During my stay, I enjoyed a quiet environment and found the staff quite welcoming. I had a chance to experience great service from Mrs Roy, who was always friendly and attentive. It felt nice to have that level of care. As a single traveler, I appreciated the convenience of having coffee available in the lobby.

The amenities were somewhat basic, and the pool was not operational during my visit. Also, the location required a drive to reach key attractions.

I had a fantastic stay thanks to Ms. Dora, who made my room spotless and cozy every day. The friendly front desk staff made me feel right at home after long city strolls. the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary for some peaceful park views and is also close to Tokyo One at Westchase for some delicious food options after a day of exploring.

Latonya at check-in was the best, really went out of her way for us. Our rooms were spotless and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool too! Only issue was the breakfast could be better, but otherwise, it was a great experience!
